AI & Art Summer 2026

IMPORTANT NOTES:
The application must be completed in one sitting. To avoid losing your answers or having the application time out, we highly recommend reviewing the short answer questions and preparing your responses prior to starting to fill out the application. You can do this using word processing software (Microsoft Word, Google Docs or Pages) and copy and paste your typed responses into the application page. When you are completing the application online, please be advised that the application will timeout after approximately 15-30 minutes.

Update for Summer 2026

AI+Art Program will offer one (1) in-person session at Downtown Brooklyn Campus for Summer 2026. If we are unable to conduct the in-person session on campus as planned, we will shift to remote instruction. Any changes to the program format will be communicated promptly, prior to the start of the program.

Summer 2026 Program dates:
July 27, 2026 -  August 7, 2026 

Program Eligibility
This program is open to current high school students who: 

  • Are entering grades sophomore, junior, or senior year (grades 10, 11, or 12) in Fall 2026
  • Have interests or experience in Arts and Technology
  • Preferred experience: have basic knowledge of coding languages in Python

Application Instructions
To apply for this program, please submit the below form. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. We encourage candidates to apply at their earliest convenience to secure a seat. For full consideration, please submit your application by May 31, though sessions may fill before that date.

Scholarships Eligibility
Scholarships are only offered to needs-based Local NYC residents only. Out-of-state and international students are ineligible for scholarships. Applicants who are interested in scholarships must apply to the program by May 15, 2026 to allow sufficient time to complete the scholarship application. A scholarship application will be sent by email to those applicants who requested them as part of their application once their submission has been received.
