STEP Application: Step 1

Applying for STEP is a two-step process: 

1) Complete the below form to start your application. Once you've submitted your responses, you should receive an email with next steps for finalizing your account setup and resuming the application.

2) Log in to your application account and complete and submit the application (previous users will be prompted to login with their credentials). To continue an existing application, please log in to the Applicant Management page after you have submitted this form and set up your application account. You will receive a confirmation email once your application has been fully submitted. 

You must complete both steps of the application process in order to be considered for the program.
