College Connections Virtual Family Sessions: College Affordability (Session 3)

Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 12:00 PM until 1:00 PMEastern Standard Time UTC -05:00

College Connections is a middle school outreach program creating a pathway from middle school to all different types of higher education (e.g., public, private, liberal arts, HBCU, technical, community college, etc). The family sessions introduce parents and guardians of middle school students to the college research and application process, by sharing information and strategies to implement at an early age that will support students through their journey to higher education.

This series concludes with a focus on financial aid, a topic that often feels overwhelming but is essential to planning for the future. This session will break down the basics of how financial aid words, the different types of support available, and early steps families can take to prepare. Families will gain a stronger sense of confidence and direction in supporting their students’ educational journey, closing the series with practical tools and a vision for moving forward.

Registration is no longer available because the registration deadline has passed.
