NYU Collegiate Seminar Program: Fall 2021 Nomination Form

To nominate a student for the NYU Collegiate Seminar Program, please submit the below form no later than August 3 at 11:59 PM ET.

Submitting the nomination form will trigger an email to the student directing them to complete their application by August 10. Please note that students must be nominated and complete an application in order to be considered for the program.
