College & Career Lab: Exploratory Stage Summer 2025 Enrollment Form

Enrollment Instructions

If you are a new applicant in grades 7 or 8 and have NOT participated in CCL in the past, please complete the NEW STUDENT APPLICATION. Any submissions to this form by non-CCL participants will be disregarded. If you are a new applicant in grade 9 or above and have NOT participated in CCL in the past, you are unfortunately ineligible for admittance. 

To maintain your enrolled student status for the NYU College & Career Lab, CCL students must re-enroll for the Exploratory Stage: Track 2 - Summer 2025 session.. Students will be prompted via email to complete the program forms (Image Release, Risk and Liability, and Contract) and ensure their Treatment of a Minor form with the NYU Student Health Center is up to date for the summer. 

Students may need the assistance of an adult to accurately report emergency contact information. You cannot save your work on this form and return to it later. You must complete and submit the enrollment form in one setting. It should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete.

Enrollment must be completed by 11:59 p.m. ET on March 31, 2025. You will need to answer all fields marked as required below.
